Pairing your band01
- Once back into the app, you will go to the “Source” page to repair your band.
- Place the band in the charging cradle and make sure the charging lights are displaying.
- Tap “Connect” at the bottom of the screen.
- Select “Start.”
- Press I’m Ready, Next after confirming your band is on the cradle.
- Your phone will search for your band.
- After your phone finds your band, you will be asked to tap the 2 gold sensors on the band.
- Cover the 2 sensors with your 2 fingers for a second or 2, lift up for a second or 2 and repeat until a pairing request displays on the phone screen.
- Select “Pair” and then “Next.”
- You should see a green confirmation screen and select continue.
- In the Source screen, the band will start re-syncing all your data, depending on how much is stored in the band this can take up to 10-20 minutes. Keep the Band within 30 feet of your phone during that time.
- When the band status changes from “Syncing” to “Last synced just now” you are good to go.
Trouble pairing?
Here are a few things to help troubleshoot:
- Make sure your band is charged or charging.
- Check if your Bluetooth is enabled.
- Avoid interference with other Bluetooth devices.
- Try toggling airplane mode on for 30 seconds and turn off before another pairing attempt.
- Exit out of the app so that it is not running in the background of your phone.
- Restart your phone.
Verify the login & band01 pairing was successful
- On the “me” page, the photo and information displayed is correct.
- In the “Source” page the band is shown as “Last synced just now” and displays the battery percentage.
- In the “Source” page under “other services” Apple Health is listed as “Connected.”
- If nothing is shown, tap add and sign in.
- When completed it should display as “Last Synced just now.”
- On the “Smart Coach” screen, when swiping down, a sync is displayed and confirms that it was successful.
