Logging Out, Unpairing your band and Uninstalling the all.health App
- Unpair your band from all.health app.
- In the “me” page, select “Source”
- Tap the image of the band.
- Select “Unpair” at the bottom of the screen.
- Select “Yes, Unpair my Band.”
- Log out of the all.health app
- In the “me” page, select “Settings.”
- Tap “Log Out.”
- Unpair your band from the Bluetooth settings of your phone.
- Locate the Settings icon for your iPhone and tap.
- Select “Bluetooth.”
- Locate “band 01” and tap the “i” next to it.
- Tap “Forget this device.” both times it appears.
- Uninstall the all.health app from your mobile device.
- Locate the all.health app on your phone screen.
- Tap and hold on the app until a menu appears.
- Tap “Remove App.”
- Tap “Delete App.”
- Confirm app deletion by tapping “Delete.”
- Restart your mobile device / Turn it off and back on.
Downloading App and Logging In
- Download the app
- Enter the App Store and search for all.health in the search bar.
- Tap the cloud symbol next to the app to begin the installation.
- Once it has finished downloading you can tap “Open.”
Logging into the all.health app
- Open the app and select “Log In.”
- Enter your mobile phone number and select “Sign In.”
- Tap “Country” and scroll down and select “United States(+1).
- Tap “Continue,” and wait for a verification code to be sent via text message.
- When you receive the code, enter it and select “Continue.”
- Agree to all phone permissions that come up.
