Logging out and unpairing your band01
- Unpair your band from all.health app.
- In the “me” page, select “Source”
- Tap the image of the band.
- Select “Unpair” at the bottom of the screen.
- Select “Yes, Unpair my Band.”
- Log out of the all.health app
- In the “me” page, select “Settings.”
- Tap “Log Out.”
Uninstall the all.health app
- Uninstall the all.health app from your mobile device.
- Locate the all.health app on your phone screen.
- Tap and hold on the app until a menu appears.
- Tap “App Info.”
- Tap “Uninstall App”
- Confirm “Do you want to uninstall this app” by tapping “OK.”
- Restart your mobile device / Turn it off and back on.
Download the all.health app
Download the app from the Google Play Store
- Enter the play store and tap search at the bottom of the screen
- Search for “all.health”
- Tap on the blue and white all.health app from the list.
- Tap “Install”
- Tap “Open”
Logging into the all.health app
- Open the app and select “Sign in to existing account.”
- Enter your mobile phone number and select “Sign In.”
- Tap “Country” and scroll down and select “United States(+1).
- Tap “Continue,” and wait for a verification code to be sent via text message.
- When you receive the code, enter it and select “Continue.”
- Agree to all phone permissions that come up.
