To allow your data to easily stay up to date you want to make sure that the your mobile device has the all.health app "background app refresh" turned on.
For iOS
- Navigate to the settings on your iPhone and search for "Background App Refresh"
- Tap into "Background App Refresh" setting, shown above.
- Make sure "Background App Refresh" and the all.health app are toggled on.
For Android
- Go into the Settings of your Android device and enter the "Apps" section.
- Locate the all.health app and tap into it.
- Select the App settings option for "Mobile Data& WiFi."
- Make sure "Background Data" is toggled on.
Note: Not all Android devices have the same settling labels. These may appear different depending on what type of Android device you have.
