If your band is lost or stolen, we have a few guardrails to safe keep your data:
- Data can only be accessed through the app and the care team portal. No other person can access your all.health app or care team portal without proper permissions from all.health and the necessary credentials to access your all.health account.
- Your all.health band is proprietary to all.health and has specific hardware limitations to prevent unknown parties from pairing the band to their device:
- Pairing can only successfully occur if all.health permissions are provided to the user.
- The all.health charger is proprietary technology exclusive to the all.health band and only provided to all.health members.
