If you aren't seeing any lights on your band while it's plugged into the charger, it doesn't necessarily mean that the band isn't working.
Take a look at some common fixes.
- If the band was just put on the charger wait a few minutes. If the band was completely dead it can take a bit to start showing lights.
- Take the band off the charger and re-clip it. make sure it isn't moving around, it should be flushly on the charger.
- Try a different power source.
- Check the bluetooth settings of your mobile device to see if it's picking up the signal for "Band01." If you see it listed the band is sending out a signal. You should be able to pair while on the charger.
