The proper place for your band is on your wrist/ forearm, 1-2 finger lengths above your wrist-bone.
Don’t wear your band too loose! The sensor on the underside of the band should be pressed firmly against your skin, but not so tight it cuts off circulation.
An easy way to check your band tightness is to lay your arm flat on a table and look where the band’s sensors meet your wrist. There shouldn’t be any gaps or scrunching of the skin. Remember always to wear the band, especially when moving around and sleeping!
