- Open your all.health app to send your data automatically.
- Keep the app open for at least 5 minutes. If you haven’t synced your data in a few days you should wait at least 10 minutes.
- Your care Team gets a better sense of your day the more frequently you use your app.
- Our system is personalized to you. The Information you see will get more relevant for your health.
Manually Sync band data
Your band data will automatically sync when you open the app. However, you can manually sync your band data by following these steps:
- Open the app, then pull down on the SmartCoach screen and release it.
- The band data will then start syncing. You will see that the data is syncing and being analyzed.
The more often you open your app and sync, the less time it will take for all your updated data to display.
