all.health uses either Apple Health or Google Fit, depending on which type of phone you are using. The purpose of connecting to this apps is to allow data captured from a 3rd party device to be sent directly into the all.health app.
Take a look at the instructions below to make sure all the settings are turned on.
iOS - Apple Health
- Locate the Apple Health app on your device and click into it.
- Once inside the Health app, click your profile circle in the upper right corner.
- Now scroll down and tap Apps
- The all.health app should be listed and you can tap into it and make sure everything is green.
Android:
- Find the Google Fit app on your android device. It comes pre-loaded on some models and some require it to be downloaded from the Play Store.
- Open the Fit app and sign in with the same email that is being used with the all.health app
- Once your are signed into Fit, you can connect it to the all.health app.
- Navigate to the "Source" screen of your all.health app.
- Scroll down to "other services" and select "Add Services."
- Select Google Fit and sign in with your email used for all.health and Fit
- Once you are signed in, Google Fit should show as connected.
