Support Message via App:
You can submit a support ticket within your all.health app.- Visit the “me” page of the app by selecting the far right icon at the bottom.
- Tap the headset icon at the top right corner.
- Tap into any help article that appears.
- Tap the icon next to the title of the article.
- Here you can tap the same icon to create a new ticket and also view all your existing support tickets.
- When sending a message, the more details you can provide the better. If you are able to add a screenshot that is even more helpful.
- Visit the “me” page of the app by selecting the far right icon at the bottom.
All.health Technical Support team will be available to answer any non-clinical or emergency questions related your all.health data from 9a-5p CST M-F with a response time of 4 hours or the next day (i.e., may respond the next day if after 1p).
