Smart coach is a structured educational content at a predetermined pace, allowing users to read assigned education in bite size pieces over an extended period of time. Content is delivered in sequence within the program, so users have to complete each content piece in order to receive subsequent pieces.
Smart Coach Screen Items
- Insights
Insights a brief or long piece of educational content, that have been assigned to you by your care team member. Insights have a “read” function, once you stayed on the insight and reads it for more than 5 seconds, the app marks it as “read.”
The content won’t disappear while you are reading it, but when the you navigates away from the content for less than 5 seconds, the insight disappears and is replaced with the next content piece.- Short Insights: brief tidbits of content that appear directly on your home screen. Once you stay on
- Long Insights: longer pieces of content that users have to click into from the home screen. They may contain images and have hyperlinks to relevant websites.
- Surveys:
Questionnaires that appear on your home screen. You have to complete the survey in order to receive the next piece of content. - Today I Will (TIW):
A brief prompts that encourage you to participate in an activity. You have to either opt in or opt out of the TIW in order to receive the next piece of content.
