To easily re-pair your band follow these instructions or watch the video at the bottom of this article. If you are creating your account, the process will start automatically.
- If you are re-pairing the band, tap the “Person” icon at the bottom right of your screen.
- Tap “Source” at the top of the screen, in the middle.
Tap the “CONNECT” button on the bottom of the screen.
You will see a blue screen with a description of the band. Tap “Start”
- Place the band in its charging cradle while the cradle is connected to a power source.
- On the band, look for a light by the gold sensors. That shows it is active.
Tap “I’m Ready, Next"
Your phone will search for your band. This should only take a few seconds
- When your phone locates your band, place your two fingers on the gold sensors
- Tap “I’m Ready, Next. ”You will see a screen that says “your band is ready” and your band will vibrate.
- Keep your fingers on the sensors until you see a popup “Bluetooth Pairing Request, “band 01”
- Tap “Pair”
Tap “Done” - You’re ready to go
