With this feature, you will be able to start track your workouts. You can start, pause, and end your workout session
Note: To start an activity you need to have your band connected and fully synced
Follow the step below to start your workout session:
- Go to the calendar screen by tapping on the calendar icon
- Tap on the “+” icon on the top of the screen
- From the menu, select “workout”
- From the workouts options select the workout and press on it (e.g., Run)
- The selected type of workouts will get highlighted, tap on “NEXT” button to start the workout session
- Once the workout session started it will show the duration and relevant measures (e.g. heart rate, miles, …). To enlarge one of the data types you can just tap on it will be enlarged as below the activity icon
- Tap on “PAUSE” button to pause or end the workout
- Tap on “END” button to end the workout session
- Review you workout summary and tap on “DONE”, once workout session has been ended it will show up in your calendar
