How To Send A Voice Message To Your Care Team?

The chat provides the ability to voice message to you care team. To send a voice message follow the steps below:

1. Tap & hold to record on the voice icon, and release to send audio
2. Slide to the left to cancel sending the audio message 
3. To hear back your sent audio message, tap on the play button.
