What you need to get ready?
- Omron BP5250 Blood Pressure Monitor
- (4) AA batteries
- A table and comfortable chair to take accurate blood pressure readings.
Setup
- Insert 4 batteries, sized AA, in the back of the BP monitor.
- Insert the tube of the BP cuff into the side of the BP monitor.
- Sit comfortably at a desk or table for 10 minutes without getting up or moving around.
- Attach the BP cuff to your upper arm according to the image on the cuff.
Pair monitor in the all.health app
- On your phone, tap the white infinity all.health icon to open your all.health app
- In the all.health app, tap the “Person” icon (the far right icon at the bottom of the app screen)
- Tap “source” in the center at the top of the screen.
- With the blood pressure cuff attached to your arm, make sure the screen on the BP monitor is blank. If it isn’t, tap “Start/Stop.”
- When the screen is blank, hold down the bluetooth button, highlighted below. When you see a “P” start to flash on the monitor screen, release the bluetooth button.

Look at the all.health app. You'll see a box pop up that says "Bluetooth Pairing Request" and that "BP5250 would like to pair with your phone."
(please make sure to take out the extra quotation mark before BP 5250)

Tap “Pair” and wait for the blood pressure monitor screen to display four boxes and “OK.”
