- Sit straight up in a chair for 10 minutes
- Tap the white infinity all.health icon to open your all.health app
- Put the blood pressure cuff above the elbow on one of your arms with the tube on the inside of your arm running toward your hand. Follow the manufacturer’s directions for most accurate positioning.
