Setup Your all.health Account

Please follow the instructions below to set up your all.health account, app, and band.

Account Setup

  1. Click Account Setup

  2. Type your phone number.
  3. Tap Send Verification Code.
  4. Return to your text messages and remember the code that was sent.
  5. Input the verification code into the app and tap authenticate.
  6. If done correctly you will login into the app.

 

Profile Setup

  1. If a clinician has been assigned to you, they will show here. If there isn’t a clinician listed, one will be assigned soon. Select Next to proceed.



  2. Verify your information by tapping All Good, Next button
  3. Take a photo of yourself
  4. Tap to consent
  5. Go through wristband / app pairing flow. – 
    • Tap Connect at the bottom of the screen.
    • Tap Start.
    • Check that your band is on the charging cradle and tap I’m Ready, Next 
    • You’ll see the message “Looking for your band.” After your phone finds your band, put two fingers on the two gold sensors 
    • Tap Pair when the option pops up.
    • Press Next. If you see a green confirmation screen, the pairing was successful.



  6. After pairing, it will ask for apple health access
  7. And you should be good to go.
