Please follow the instructions below to set up your all.health account, app, and band.
Account Setup
- Click Account Setup
- Type your phone number.
- Tap Send Verification Code.
- Return to your text messages and remember the code that was sent.
- Input the verification code into the app and tap authenticate.
- If done correctly you will login into the app.
Profile Setup
- If a clinician has been assigned to you, they will show here. If there isn’t a clinician listed, one will be assigned soon. Select Next to proceed.
- Verify your information by tapping All Good, Next button
- Take a photo of yourself
- Tap to consent

Go through wristband / app pairing flow. –
- Tap Connect at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap Start.
- Check that your band is on the charging cradle and tap I’m Ready, Next
- You’ll see the message “Looking for your band.” After your phone finds your band, put two fingers on the two gold sensors
- Tap Pair when the option pops up.
- Press Next. If you see a green confirmation screen, the pairing was successful.
- After pairing, it will ask for apple health access
- And you should be good to go.
