- After agreeing to the terms and conditions, press Start on the following blue screen to start band pairing.
- Press I’m Ready, Next after confirming your band is on the cradle.
- After your phone finds your band, tap the two gold sensors and press Pair
- Press Next and you should see a green confirmation screen if paired correctly.
Note: iPhone owners will be asked to allow all.health to connect with Apple health for the best mobile experience.
Connect all.health to your device’s health app
After pairing the band, you will be asked to sign into either Apple Health or Google Fit.
Note: if using Google Fit, you may be required to download the Google Fit app and have a Google username.
Trouble pairing?
A few things to help troubleshoot:
- Check if your bluetooth is enabled.
- Avoid interference with other bluetooth devices.
- "Forget" band 01 from bluetooth settings of your phone.
- Try toggling airplane mode to reset pairing.
- Restart your phone.
